ELECTRICAL SAFETY REPORT COVERING:

AS/NZS 60669.2.1:2020
Switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations - Particular requirements - Electronic switches (IEC 60669-2-1, Ed.4.1 (2009) MOD)
Note: Electronically controlled switches are not declared articles.

EMC REPORT COVERING:

AS CISPR 15:2017
Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment.

RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS REPORT COVERING:

AS/NZS 4268:2017+A1
Radio equipment and systems - Short range devices - Limits and methods of measurement .
(Basically, this is required by anything that uses a radio transmitter).

Note: If a product can also be used without the transmitter, it will need also need an EMC report to cover non-remote operation.
Understand the difference:
 EMC (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility)  reports are for devices that are NOT INTENDED to emit any electromagnetic radiation at all.
 Radiocommunications reports are for devices that are SPECIFICALLY INTENDED to produce electromagnetic radiation, (eg radio transmitters) but it must be strictly restricted to the licenced frequency.
